1. Who we are

Revvy.OS is operated by Revvy.OS Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this app. You can contact us at support@revvyos.app.

2. What we collect

• Account data — email address, display name and password (stored hashed).
• Vehicle data — registration, make, model and MOT info you choose to save.
• Community content — posts, replies and votes you submit.
• Audio recordings — only when you use Sound Diagnosis.
• Technical data — device type, app version and anonymous error logs.

3. How we use your data

• To run your account and authenticate you.
• To process Sound Diagnosis requests via our AI provider (Claude AI by Anthropic).
• To show your posts in the community and credit you as the author.
• To keep the service safe, secure and free of abuse.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your audio recordings to train AI models.

4. Audio retention

Audio you submit to Sound Diagnosis is analysed by Claude AI and automatically deleted within 30 days. The text-based diagnosis result is kept against your account so you can review it later.

5. Your GDPR rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any of these rights, email support@revvyos.app.
