Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Revvy.OS app and website ("the Service"), provided by Revvy.OS Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Sound Diagnosis is informational only
The AI Sound Diagnosis feature provides general guidance based on an audio clip. It is not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic and must not be relied on for safety-critical decisions. Always confirm any suspected fault with a professional before driving.
3. Community advice
Posts, replies and tips in the community are submitted by other users. They are personal opinions, not professional advice, and Revvy.OS Ltd does not verify them. Use your own judgement and consult a qualified mechanic for anything safety-related.
4. MOT, DVSA and DVLA data
MOT, vehicle and history information displayed in the app may not reflect the latest official records. Always confirm details directly with DVSA, DVLA or another official provider. Revvy.OS is not affiliated with or endorsed by DVSA or DVLA.
5. Acceptable use
Don't post unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam content. Don't try to break, reverse-engineer or overload the Service. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revvy.OS Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information in the app, including AI diagnoses or community advice.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
